I do love a few things in regards to peanut butter, it is truly healthy having the omega-6 fatty acid. It is written it lowers the bad cholesterol and increases good, but I never crave taking a spoonful just to eat, nor have I ever liked or eaten a PB & J lol. Eating it that way is more healthy than my cookies and satay sauce. Maybe I might get a few benefits...
